Bible Studies
The Great Adventure
The Office of Adult Faith Formation welcomes you to “The Great Bible Timeline Adventure”. This is a DVD series of Bible studies hosted by EWTN’s renowned Jeff Cavins. Bible studies are tried and true ways to increase in knowledge of the Word of God, to better understand our Catholic faith, and to improve our relationship with the Holy Trinity and one another. In a word, to grow to love God and neighbor more.

For those who have never participated in a Bible study before, the studies have been sub-titled by the amount of reading and study questions one must prepare for each session. Yes, there is homework! Bible 101 is for beginners who are being called to begin the journey. Bible 202 is for folks who have some background in Bible study, say, like Bible 101. There will be more reading and more study questions to attend to. The study may be anywhere from 8-24 weeks long. Bible 303 is for those who wish to read and study deeply the scriptures being addressed.
One of the great benefits of Bible study is Christian fellowship encouraged by the small group faith sharing. Meeting new people will enrich your journey to the kingdom. Another wonderful way to take the study is with a spouse or a good friend. If you are new to our parishes, Bible study is a great way to make new friends and build life-long relationships. Come, join us on the the ADVENTURE!
Bible 101 Ascension Press’ A Quick Journey through the Bible with Jeff Cavins set to Begin on April 18 or 19 and will run until June 6th or 7th
