Christmas for the Elderly

Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 by jgilbert

Our Christmas For the Elderly ministry begins this weekend.  This is a wonderful way we reach out each year to Seniors in our community who struggle to live on their own with very little. We bring them joy with much needed gifts, gift cards & food. Most of all they feel hope and love knowing they are not forgotten. Please take a moment to stop in the gathering space and take a tag from the Giving Tree. Your generosity is most appreciated by our recipients. We are also collecting gift bags of various sizes.  Donations may be left in the box under the tree.  For more information on this important program, please take a flyer located near the tree in the gathering space. All gifts and Gift Cards are due back Sunday December 10th.  We will wrap gifts on Wednesday, December 13th at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Anne Hall. Please contact Sis at 973-6010 if you would like to join us in the wrapping festivities.
