24th Annual Christmas Fair -Saturday November 4th

The Christmas Fair is only 2 weeks away and we still need your help!
Raffle Tickets
Thank you to everyone who has already purchased and/or sold tickets! There is a still a great
supply of raffle tickets to be purchased at both churches You may drop off your purchased
tickets at the Parish Office or place them in the collection basket.
Stuffed Roasted Pork Dinner
Stuffed roasted pork with gravy, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad and rolls, cranberry
sauce, apple crisp, mixed berry cobbler, ice cream. and cake. YUM!
Christmas Fair Café
Breakfast is served! donuts and pastries, egg sandwiches, omelets, home fries, fruit cups and
yogurt. The crew are relying on your donations to make our luncheon as delicious as in
the past. Our shoppers are always looking for a scrumptious affordable lunch which you make
possible with your donations of chili, soups, chowders and sandwiches, hotdogs and chips.
YUM!!!! Can’t you taste the food now?
Theme Baskets
Ministries, groups and organizations – Don’t forget to start gathering items for your theme
baskets. What? Your group has never donated one? It’s so easy and so much fun! Just pick a
theme such as chocolate or all things red for example and then ask your members to buy an
item associated with your theme. Questions? Call Marni at the parish office (332-1863).
Bake Sale Table
Ready – Set – BAKE! We’re in need of pies, breads, cookies, brownies, gluten free items, and of
course Whoopie Pies! The Sky’s the limit. Don’t be shy – what’s your specialty that everyone
askes you to bake? Bake if for the fair!
Penny Sale
There are still plenty of tags to pick from! The Penny Sale is one of the top reasons people
come to our Christmas Fair. ALL ITEMS FOR THE PENNY SALE TABLE MUST BE NEW!
Baskets of Cheer
Please consider donating, soda, beer, wine, liquor, snacks, drinking glasses, etc. to make these
wonderful baskets. All donations can be dropped off at the rectory, DO NOT leave them in the
Church.
Candy Corner
Do you make homemade candy or fudge? Would you make some for us to sell at the Candy
table during our Christmas Fair this year?

Jubilee Day of Renewal

2017 Celebrates the 50th Jubilee of the birth of the Catholic
Charismatic Renewal! Join us on October 28th, Ste. Marie
Church, Manchester for this very special day of
celebration. Registration is at 8:00 a.m., praise and
worship at 8:30, Holy Mass celebrated with Fr. Marc
Montminy at 9:00 a.m. Morning session will also include
a hands on event on The Jubilee Challenge: What is my
part in the future of the Church? The afternoon session
will be a Miracle Healing Service with Dr. Bob Sawyer of
the Diocese of Baltimore. To register mail your name,

March for Life

Thursday January 18 – Friday January 19, 2018
Please consider traveling with us to Washington, DC for
the 45th March for Life and Pilgrimage of Faith. Join the
estimated 300 – 400 pilgrims from the Diocese of
Manchester to stand up for the Sanctity of the Human Life.
We will attend Mass as a group both days, first at a local
parish, then with Bishop Libasci on Capitol Hill. We will
attend the Rally and March on the National Mall by the
Smithsonian buildings and there will also be an opportunity
to lobby your Senators and Congressmen. The trip cost of
$170 includes bus transportation, t-shirt, bag lunch on ride
down, one night at hotel, metro tickets, and continental
breakfast at the hotel. For more information, please

40 Days for Life

Our Lady of the Holy Rosary & St. Leo Parishes are
participating at Greenland, NH in the International 40
Days for Life Campaign of prayer, fasting, and peaceful
vigil to end abortion. Please sign up in the Gathering
Space for an hour of vigil outside the Greenland clinic on
Sundays. More than 11,000 lives have been saved since
40 Days for Life began in 2007.

Holy Mass of Healing and Hope

Join us at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Rochester for our next Holy Mass of Healing and Hope on Tuesday, October 17.  Recitation of the Rosary begins at 6:30 p.m. and Holy Mass at 7:00 p.m., followed by laying on of hands for healing by Fr. SES Harvest Fair Oct. 21st!!

Please come (and bring your friends!) to visit our annual Harvest Fair, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 21st in the school cafeteria. We are located at 16 Bridge St. Rochester, NH. This fun-filled day will consist of a Live Auction of beautiful classroom projects (starting at Noon), Penny Sale, Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle, Bake sale, Jewelry Table, Christmas, Craft and Home Décor, Holiday Wreaths, Plant Sale, White Elephant, Lunch, and so much more.
