Keeping in Touch

The bulletin is a weekly publication provided to our parishioners with the purpose of keeping you informed of events, activities and notices within our parish community and the diocese.  It is the responsibility of each ministry or group to submit bulletin announcements to inform parishioners of any events that are taking place within their ministry, i.e. parish breakfast, fundraisers, lectures, workshops. If you are having a fundraising event it is beneficial to the success of the fundraiser to announce it two weeks prior to the date of the actual event.

All bulletin announcement requests must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday prior to the weekend you wish it to appear unless otherwise noted.  Whenever possible announcements should be submitted via email to bulletin@hrsl.org or you may type it on an 8 ½  X 11” paper and bring it to the parish office.  Please include the name, phone number and/or email address of the person to contact in case there are any questions concerning your announcement.  All announcements are subject to approval, space availability and editing.

The bulletin editor is a volunteer position.
