Food & Hospitality Committee
A Family gathers around the table…
The Food and Hospitality Committee is a new ministry in our parishes. The origin of the committee sprung from the newly formed Evangelization Team. While reviewing the practices of other vibrant parishes, the team noticed that food and fellowship seemed to go hand-in-hand with welcoming and ministering to our brothers and sisters in Christ.
As Catholic Christians, we gather at the altar of the Lord for the Supper of the Lamb at every holy mass. When earthly food is available after the holy mass or some special event, we continue to gather as the Body of Christ.
